She sets to find the real killer, and gets help from the congressional advisor, Eddie Sanger who is called to be on t...。高中少女间宫雪绘（三浦由衣 饰）戏弄胆小的同班同学菊川夕子（韓英恵 饰），令对方受到巨大惊吓。在此之后，菊川缺席课程，雪绘等人也开始梦到幽怨的菊川。更为恐怖的是，她们接连死于噩梦之中。绝望至极的雪绘只得求助有“恶梦侦探”之称的影沼京一（松田龍平 饰）。
此时的京一正受到童年的噩梦所困扰。童年的他能够看到夜行的幽灵和他人的心事，他的母亲逸子（市川実和子 饰）对儿子逐渐心生恐惧，最终精神崩溃，自我了结生命。时常为他人驱逐噩梦的京一，此刻终于要面对深藏自己心底的恐惧和往事……。
