纳尼与邻楼的女孩宾都相爱，但他们从未对彼此述说衷肠，两人继续享受着心动的默恋。哪知宾都的老板苏迪普也看上了她，这个看似腰缠万贯、有权有势的男人实则是个心狠手辣的黑帮老大。他用尽手段欲引诱宾都，但他发现宾都爱的是纳尼。正当宾都鼓起勇气想向纳尼表明心意时，纳尼却被心怀嫉妒的苏迪普所杀。纳尼的灵魂并没有死，他竟重生变为一只苍蝇。它努力破坏苏迪普接近宾都的一切计划，并让宾都相信它就是纳尼。于是这对情侣开始联手实施一系列不同寻常的报复行动……。Heaven is now happily married and ready to settle back in her hometown.
