Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty. But on top of the excruciating hardship of the work, they also have to fear an attack from the army.。瓦莉卡（皮查雅·瓦塔那蒙迪里 Pechaya Wattanamontri 饰）是衔着金汤匙出生的千金大小姐，从小在家里集万千宠爱于一身。可是，幸运之神并没有眷顾她太久，从很小的时候起，瓦莉卡就因为患上了小儿麻痹症而丧失了行动能力，终身都要在轮椅上度过。这悲剧剥夺了瓦莉卡很多的快乐，也让她没有办法交朋友，陪在她身边的，只有阿莹和帕达（塔纳朋·凌态苏 Thanapon Nimtaisuk 饰）。久而久之，瓦莉卡爱上了英俊帅气的帕达。尽管帕达决定出国留学，要在国外留学10年之久，瓦莉卡也依然耐心的等待着他的归来，幻想着和他携手共度剩下的人生。。2024年，再次出发的《花儿与少年》将继续开启“一带一路”国家的游学体验，节目将邀请九位不同年龄嘉宾组成“花少姐弟团”，在经费有限、语言不通的情况下，全程自助完成一段未知的奇妙旅行。。
