《汉密尔顿》从现代的美国视角，讲述过去的美国故事。影片融合了嘻哈、爵士、蓝调和百老汇音乐剧风格，讲述了美国开国元勋亚历山大·汉密尔顿的故事。。本剧是根据一宗清代冤案而编著的。梁天来（张家辉）与凌贵兴（邵传勇）为表兄弟，两人起初感情甚笃，可惜后因兴垂涎被父卖入妓寨的冬梅（蔡晓仪）美色，而梅不肯作为兴之妾，逃至梁家，被来收留为婢，兴未能成其好事，故对来渐生芥蒂，并处处为难之....。Young Jim Hawkins, while running the Benbow Inn with his mother, meets Captain Billy Bones, who dies at the inn while it is besieged by buccaneers led by Blind Pew.
