香帅楚留香（狄龙 饰）刺杀八皇爷（井淼 饰）失败，遭到了朝廷的通缉和追杀，无奈之中，楚留香来到了幽灵山庄，找到了那里的当家老鹰（谷峰 饰）。隐匿在幽灵山庄里的，全都是和楚留香一样身陷困境的大侠和高手，楚留香之后，独孤美（杨志卿 饰）和柳长街（顾冠忠 饰）接连抵达。
