该剧讲述台大电机系三年级学生钟应斯与男同学程灵同名的女友，由认识、交往，到恋爱，受到表哥吴健夫种种阻扰陷害，以至最后在小木屋撞伤死亡等一段曲折不幸的故事。。Following the murder of her family at the hands of her father in the wake of World War I, a young woman is sent to live in a convent.
