改編自喜国雅彦的同名漫畫。 以黃色NETA爲主要内容的搞笑動畫，每話由不同主題的3個左右的獨立短片組成。共兩季，均於1999年在TBS電視臺播放。第一季播放於動畫欄目《ワンダフル》。 動畫中也包含喜国雅彦的另一作品《傷だらけの天使たち》的NETA。。NBC续订《全程直击》10集的第二季。。Nahuel lives with his father in a fishing town, yet he has a deep fear of the sea. One day, he finds a magical book that seems to be the solution to this problem, but a dark sorcerer is after it and captures Nahuel's father. This is where his journey to rescue his father and overcome his fears begins。
